How to get to the doctor during the Hessentag

Oberursel, Tor zum Taunus – the Hessentag song

“Oberursel, Tor zum Taunus” is the Hessentag song performed by local singer Chris Malu.  The title literally means “Oberursel, gate to the Taunus”.

The song, in typical German Schlager style, celebrates the “Orschelers'” – as the locals are known – love of the town and its festivals – the carnival and the Brunnenfest, with the Hessentag the latest addition.

To hear a clip from the song, visit Amazon.de where there is a preview available and the song can be purchased as an MP3 download.

Chris Malu will be performing at the Hessentag on Tuesday, 14th June at 6.30pm on the Süwag stage in the Rushmoor park.
