The most stressful week in the Bundestag

Markus Koob (CDU), who represents Oberursel and other towns in the German national parliament, talked recently about how the last week in January was his most stressful week in the 12 years that he has been a member of the parliament.

The reason for this was a proposal to limit immigration and turn asylum seakers back at Germany’s borders, amongst other measures.
