Steam trains

DampflokThe Dampfbahnclub-Taunus e.V. steam railway in Oberursel will be open to the public for the last time on their current premises on Sunday, 12th October, 2014 between 10am and 5pm.

Located at the end of the Mainstraße, entry costs €1,50 for adults and €0,50 for children. Children receive one ticket to go on the trains in the entry price, additional tickets are €0,50 each.

To get there, either leave the A661/B455 at “Oberursel-Nord” towards Oberursel, then take the first turning right into the Dornbachstraße. The Mainstraße is on the right-hand side.

By U-Bahn, take the U3 to Lahnstraße and cross the road before turning left into the Dornbachstraße.
