The Seniorentreff in Oberursel will be offering a 3,000 step walk on Wednesday, 20th May 2015.
To take part, be at the Christuskirche in the Oberhöchstädter Straße at 3pm.
Tuesday night is film night at Bluebox Portstraße, located near the U-Bahn stop “Altstadt”.
As the organisation is not a commercial cinema, they are not allowed to advertise which film will be shown in advance. For Tuesday, 19th May, 2015, we are told that it will be a “tragic comedy”. If you do want to know which film will be shown then call 06171 636930 and they will tell you.
The showing starts at 9pm.

Once a month the Bluebox Portstraße holds a Sunday morning breakfast buffet in their cinema.
As the organisation is not a commercial cinema, they are not allowed to advertise which film will be shown in advance. For Sunday, 17th May 2015, we are told that it will be about a French comedy. If you do want to know which film will be shown or to reserve tickets call 06171 636930.
The showing starts at 11.30am and they are located opposite the U-Bahn stop “Altstadt”.
The monthly flea market in the Adenauerallee in Oberursel will take place on Saturday, 16th May, 2015 between 7am and 1pm.
The flea market starts at the end of the pedestrian zone and continues the length of the Adenauerallee and over the railway lines towards Bommersheim. One part also takes place in the Nassauer Straße next to the U-Bahn tracks.
To get there by train take either the line U3 or S5 to Oberursel’s main station.

An open day is being held at the archive in Camp King (Jean-Sauer-Weg 2) on Sunday, 10th May, 2015.
Apart from the archive itself being open, a number of other events are taking place:

The annual Worldfest at Frankfurt International School takes place on Sunday, 10th May, 2015 this year, between 12 noon and 4pm.
19 stands from the different countries represented at the school we be offering food and drink, with activities for children also taking place.
Please note that car parking facilities are not available at the school on this day. There will be a shuttle service between the school, Edeka’s car park and The Rolls Royce field.
